Through its embedding in the European Research Network ECPE, the Cluster Power Electronics has been active internationally ever since it was founded. Cluster events are regularly attended by participants and presenters from throughout the entire German speaking area.

Goals & Priorities

With the Bavarian cluster offensive, the Bavarian state government is promoting the operation of 17 state-wide platforms in high-tech industries and traditional sectors of the Bavarian economy. The central task of the cluster platforms is networking companies with each other or companies and research institutions with each other.

The power electronics cluster is characterized by the fact that the cluster region has a unique concentration of companies, universities/colleges and research institutions,
and thus provides all the necessary competencies along the innovation and value chain.
