The EPC2069 is suitable for high power density requirements, including servers with 48 to 54 V input voltage. Lower gate charges and no reverse recovery losses enable HF operation of 1 MHz and, with high efficiency and a small footprint of 10.6 mm2, a power density based on the latest technology. The EPC2069 supports 48–12V isolated DC / DC converters from 500 W to 2 kW as SR switches and achieves an efficiency of over 98%. The use of eGaN on the primary and secondary side is necessary to achieve a maximum power density of> 4000 W / in3. The EPC 2069 offers developers greater performance and cost savings.
