The Thyristors have undergone optimization, resulting in a significant price reduction over previous models. The 5STP 18F1810 and 5STP 16F2810 products are kept very similar to their predecessors, and the important performance values such as forward current and surge are identical. As usual, Hitachi Energy delivers the highest reliability and quality with its patented Free-Floating Silicon Technology. Series production started this year.
