Today we introduce you to the new 1200V LoPak IGBT module from Hitachi ABB. With the completely newly developed Trench Gate IGBTs, HAPG offers the highest level of reliability and quality as usual. The modules will be available in 1200V / 900A and 600A in the future. Samples of the 1200V / 900A variant will be available from May 2021, Series production is planned from September 21. The 1200V / 600A module will be available as a sample on August 21st. Technical support and samples are available from Finepower, the specialist in power electronics.
